 Team visited Pulwama district. 

There today we visited seven schools and gave realization to more than 1500 students and hundred teachers.

Dear Family,

By the divine grace of Shri Mataji, the response to Sahaja Yoga from all sections of the society in Kashmir is overwhelming. We have covered forty schools in the interior areas of the Kashmir Valley in the last nine days and touched more than six thousand students and five hundred teachers.

The Sahaja concept of touching thoughtless state for the well-being of the teaching-learning community is practical and easy. The 16 page booklet released in Urdu and English is widely being accepted by the learned members of the society and the teachers.

Today, we are visiting atleast six schools accompanied by press persons of well-known media houses to showcase the best practices in the deep yet simple and easy Sahaja Yoga. They will interact with the teachers and students to get a first-hand account of their experiences after self-realization. 

We are hopeful to leverage this to create awareness in the whole world about the message of Divine Love which will establish peaceful collective living in this Valley.

We humbly request the whole Sahaja Yoga family to collectively pray for this Divine endeavor to encompass this Valley of great sages and saints.

Also we look forward to Sahaja Yogis from all over to join us in batches to carry on this Holy Torch of Enlightenment and Love till peace prevails as desired by Her Holiness.

Brakes Failed But All were Saved - A Miracle

Brakes Failed But All were Saved - A Miracle

Members of our team were coming back from Chandanwadi in Pahalgam district in a Tavera when the brakes of the car failed and the brake fell off the car. 

The driver was very scared and thought that the car will fall off the cliff. All the sahaja yogis were unaware that the brakes failed but they noticed the driver's unrest.

 Sometime later, the car stopped itself safely on the side of the road. It happened on its own. The driver was shocked and he could not understand how the car stopped and everyone was safe. 

He said that we must be very divine people with divine blessings that they got saved out of this terrible situation. He later took realisation too.

On this also our Holy mother used this  new yogi soul as Shree Sarathi of Sahaj Rath as pivot instrument to spread Shree Chaitanya in all valley 140 schools appx, thru Our love and peace warrior Maharastra team in Mar to May 2022.

 Mission Divine Kashmir - 01 to 15 September, 2022- Sahaja Yoga

Jai Shri Mata Ji Mission to spread Sahaja Yoga in KASHMIR - the land of Sages and Saints ever blessed by Shri Adishakti! To spread the divine message of Our Mother Her Holiness Shri Mata Ji Nirmala Devi, a team is scheduled to visit Kashmir valley from 01 to 15 September, 2022. 

 This is a golden opportunity to be part of the divine work in an area which, though, is said to be the abode of God, requires the children of God to spread Shri Param Chaitanya. Earlier this year, 140 schools were covered by teams from Maharashtra and other regions. Let us take this work ahead. Interested Sahaj Yogis can stay for a few days (6-7 days) if unable to stay for full period of 15 days. 

 The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, has already been requested to provide necessary permission and help.

 A small introductory booklet of 16 pages has been specially printed in English and Urdu, explaining relationship between Islam, Sahaja Yoga and it's relevance in the present context.

आज्ञा चक्र पे जब कुण्डलिनी चढ़ती है और वहाँ के देवता जब जागृत होते हैं तो ये देवता हमारे दोनों ही Ego और Super Ego (अहंकार और प्रति अहंकार) जिसे कि मनस और अहंकार कहते हैं, दोनों को ही आपस में खींच लेते हैं, शोषित कर लेते हैं, यहाँ पर ब्रह्मरंध्र में तालू की जगह ऐसी जगह बन जाती है कि कुण्डलिनी खट से बाहर चली जाती है, उस वक्त हमारे हाथ बोलते हैं, हाथ, हाथ कहते हैं कि हाँ कुण्डलिनी पार कर चुकी है, जो लोग पार कर जाते हैं वही महसूस कर सकते हैं यहाँ की ठंडी हवा और जो नहीं होते हैं उनको मुश्किल होता है ठंडा हवा महसूस करना, उसके बाद आप इन ऊंगलियों पर जान सकते हैं कि हमारे किस चक्र में दोष है।

निर्विचार में आप किसी चीज की ओर देखें तो उसमें बसा हुआ आनंद, उसमें बसा हुआ सत्य जो निराकार स्वरूप है वो आपके अंदर ऐसा बहेगा जैसे कि पूरी की पूरी शक्ति प्रेम की आपके अंदर प्लावित होकर के बह रही है, आपको महसूस हो जिससे ऐसा लगेगा सारी दुश्चिंताऐं जाने कहाँ चली गई।

 क्षमा की शक्ति 

आज हम श्री शिव याने श्री सदाशिव की पूजा कर रहे है,श्री शिव माने मूर्तिमंत क्षमाशक्ति,उनकी क्षमा की शक्ति इतनी अमाप है की उसके आधार पर आज हम जीवित है,नही तो इस सृष्टि का नाश कब का हो गया होता।

मनुष्य की आज की स्थिति तो आप सब जानते है।उनके पास थोड़ी भी क्षमाशीलता नही है। अच्छा क्या और बुरा क्या यह उन्हें समझ में नही आता।

क्षमाशीलता यह शिवजी का खास गुण है। मनुष्य उनके क्षमाशीलता की कल्पना करने में असमर्थ है। आप के किसी भी गलती को वो तुरन्त क्षमा कर देते है।उनके पास दो शक्तिया है सर्वप्रथम क्षमा की शक्ति दूसरी तरफ संहार की शक्ति।

सर्वप्रथम हमे उनके जैसा क्षमाशील होना चाहिए। छोटे छोटी चीजों पर हमे वादविवाद और कलह नही करना चाहिये। अगर आपने उनके क्षमा की शक्ति की मर्यादा या सीमा को तोडा तो उनकी संहार की शक्ति जागृत होती है।

हृदय से शिवजी का आदर करते हुए अगर आप उनकी आराधना करेंगे तो आपका क्रोध नष्ट होगा।

 श्री कृष्ण ने भी यही बताया है की "क्रोध ही मनुष्य का सबसे बड़ा दुर्गुण है" । 

अगर आपके मन में किसी के प्रति क्रोध आये तो पहले खुद को बताये की मेरा क्रोध करना गलत है। अपने स्वभाव का क्रोध पूरी तरह नष्ट होना चाहिए। हम सब संत लोग है।हमे विश्व में शांति की स्थापना करनी है।

हमारा अपने राग पर पूरा नियंत्रण होना चाहिए।आप यहा शांति का आनंद निर्माण करने आये है। आपके यहा क्रोधी और संताप करने वाले लोग होंगे उनसे चार हाथ दूर रहना अच्छा,अगर किसीने कुछ गलती की उसे माफ करना ही अच्छा हैं।

"सहजयोगी को किसी पे क्रोध करने का या उसे सजा देने का थोडा भी अधिकार नही । जो लोग शिवजी की तरह क्षमाशील है वही सच्चे सहजी है। वही असली में पार हुए ऐसा समझना चाहिए।

जबतक मनुष्य को आत्मसाक्षात्कार प्राप्त नही हो जाता तब तक वो खुद को पहचान नही सकता। पशु भी बिना किसी कारण से किसी पे नाराज नही होते।शिवजी उनका संभाल करते है। मनुष्य का यह बहुत बड़ा दुर्गुण है उसकी वजसे उसके अंदर की शिव की शक्ति नष्ट हो रही है। उसकी वजह से हिटलर जैसे लोग समाज में पैदा हो रहे है और समाज नष्ट हो रहा है और देश की स्थिति खराब हो रही है। ऐसे महावीर निर्माण होते रहेंगे लेकिन आप उनका अनुकरण मत कीजिये।

आप सहजयोगी है आप हमेशा क्षमा करते रहिये।

 क्षमाशीलता यह सज्जनों का गुण हैं। 

इसलिए शिवजीं को देवों का देव महादेव कहते हैं।

 आप को ऐसा लगता है की आप दूसरों पर क्रोध करेंगे उन्हें डरायेंगे तो वो आप से डर के आप के काम करेंगे लेकिन उसका क्या फायदा । आप ने कितने लोगोंकों जोड़ा उसे महत्व है आप ने कितने लोगों से वादविवाद किया उसे क्या महत्व है। 

सहजयोगी को प्रेम का सागर होना चाहिए।

 किसीपर क्रोध करने,उसपर नाराज होना इसको क्या अर्थ हैं। श्री येशु को देखे उन्होंने जिन्होंने उन्हें सुळी पर चढ़ाया उनके लिए भी भगवान से क्षमा मांगी। अपने में लूट,वादविवाद ऐसे अनिष्ठ प्रकार चल रहे है उसमे सहजयोगी को फसना नही चाहिये।

आज के दिन संकल्प करे किसी के लिए भी अपने मन में राग नही रखेंगे। किसी भी परिस्थिति में क्रोध पर संयम रखेंगे,हृदय से श्री शिवजी की पूजा करके उन्हें प्रसन्न करे और उनके गुण आत्मसात करे।

Importance of introspection - Hindi Article Sahaja Yoga

सहजयोग में बोलना, चिल्लाना, भाषण नहीं, - आंतरिक शांति, स्थिरता व प्रेम की क्षमता महत्वपूर्ण है

      सहजयोगी तो एक अत्यन्त गहन व्यक्तित्व का व्यक्ति होता है। ये कहना मात्र काफी नहीं कि "मैं सहजयोगी हूँ" परन्तु एक अत्यन्त गहन व्यक्तित्व व्यक्ति और जिसके व्यक्तित्व की महानता अन्य लोग, उसके विवेक द्वारा समझें। आप कितना बोलते हैं, कितना चिल्लाते हैं, कितना भाषण देते हैं इसका कोई महत्व नहीं। आपकी आन्तरिक शान्ति, स्थिरता और अन्य लोगों को प्रेम करने की क्षमता ही महत्वपूर्ण है। केवल इन्हीं से ही लोग निर्णय कर पाते हैं कि वास्तव में आपको श्री माताजी का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त है या नहीं। तो यह चीज अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण है।

    पहले स्वयं पर नियन्त्रण करें। सर्वप्रथम स्वयं को पहचानें। अन्य लोगों पर नियन्त्रण करने का क्या अर्थ है। जो लोग स्वयं पर नियन्त्रण करना नहीं जानते वो सदैव दुःखी होते हैं, कष्टों से घिरे रहते हैं क्योंकि यह तो अनियंत्रित होने की प्रक्रिया है। दूसरों पर यदि आप नियन्त्रण करने का प्रयत्न करते हैं तो इसकी प्रतिक्रिया होती है इसके लिए पूर्णतः अन्तर अवलोकन करना होगा।  इसलिए मैं बार-बार कहती रहती हूँ कि अन्तर अवलोकन करें।
